Whether these issues are short or long term, our mentoring has helped to achieve positive outcomes where people can enjoy a better quality of life.

How we can help

We use sport to help gain a trusted relationship between the young person and/or their families, to help them open up and assist them in developing their own solutions and insights to which we hope will lead to a positive outcome.

Therapy sessions for individuals or families can be offered in a variety of ways, including:

  • Drop-in style clinics
