What is involved in the fitness programmes?

As qualified personal trainers, we can put together a programme, either for a group or for an individual personal training plan, which addresses the abilities, lifestyle and end goals of those completing the programme.

We can design a programme to span over a specified period of time, whether it be six weeks or six months, that can aim to improve your fitness levels gradually as you work towards reaching your goal.

What is the importance of nutrition?

Nutrition is an extremely important element when trying to improve your health and lifestyle, and can also be combined with fitness to create an extremely effective programme.

When we create a nutrition plan, we look to give your body the vitamins and nutrients it needs as well as still enjoying a couple of those favourite treat foods! We look at a number of factors when putting together your nutrition plan, which include:

  • Controlling your portion sizes
  • Managing your own individual eating habits
  • Targeting it towards your end goal i.e. weight loss, muscle gain
  • Improving your awareness of good and bad foods for you specifically
